Oh My Glutes - Lower Body Conditioning
As the name suggests, your typical session features a number of exercise routines that specifically target the abdomen and lower body. It’s a fantastic option for those who want to tone up.
This isn’t a hardcore program thats going to destroy you - you’ll generally burn somewhere between 250 and 400 calories during a half-hour session depending on how much effort you put in. The focus is very much on toning and tightening. Targets the entire glute area - max, med and min. Core and both transverse abdominals (deep core), rectus abdominals and lower abdominals.
This class to usually follow on from a fitness class, eg straight after Zumba
YOU WILL NEED:
- A Booty Band (available for purchase)
- Towel or Mat
- A check your booty out attitude :)
