 SCULPT is a Pilates-inspired strength class designed to tone, lengthen, and energise the whole body through controlled, intentional movement 💪🧘‍♀️. Combining the best of Pilates, functional fitness, and ballet-inspired training, this strategic class delivers a true head-to-toe workout while improving posture, grace, and muscle function.

Using a mix of equipment — including balls , leg weights, hand weights,  Pilates circles, Pilates bars, and  barre work — the class challenges your core, builds strength, and enhances stability without the pounding. Expect Pilates, targeted core work, functional exercises, great music 🎶, and a deep, satisfying burn that’s kind to your joints but big on results 🔥.

What to bring 🧘‍♀️✨
• A mat
• Water bottle 💧
• Grip socks (recommended)
• A towel
• Comfortable workout wear you can move in
