Pilates Barre is a workout that combines elements of and Pilates and Yoga all into one dynamic, effective class. Created by Charli, Pilates focuses on amping up the heart rate with low-impact moves with options to increase. Focuses on sculpting long, lean muscles.
Equipment is incorporated such as balls, sliders, wrist weights, pilates bars and balls.

This class is capped at 10 students due to equipment.
Grip socks need to be worn each session (these can be purchased at reception).
