A dance, salsa, groove, sexy type warm up and then intersperse the class with a bunch of sculpting – abs, bridges, arm moves, lunges, plies etc. 
And then throughout, cardio but in a dance type way, targeted to beginner style people who want to have fun, and get a great toning workout while dancing! 
Taking the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, dancercise dance party!
